Please note, Refund would be processed and credited within 2-5 working days to the original payment method. Refunds are accepted within 7 days from the date of purchase.

At Maheorthe, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with our natural skin, body, and hair care products. If, for any reason, you are not entirely satisfied, you can initiate a return, replacement, or cancellation as outlined in our policies.

I have received a damaged or defective item/wrong product in my order, how should I proceed?

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item in your order, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our Customer Service Desk immediately upon discovering the issue. Provide order details, and if possible, attach images of the damaged or incorrect item.
  2. Verification: Our team will review your case and may request additional information for verification purposes.
  3. Return/Replacement Process: Once the issue is confirmed, we will guide you through the return or replacement process. We may arrange for a return pickup or provide instructions for sending back the item.
  4. Refund/Replacement: After receiving the returned item, we will process a refund or dispatch a replacement, depending on your preference and product availability.

Do I have to return the free gift when I return a product?

Yes, the free gift must be returned along with the product. If the free gift is not returned, its value may be deducted from the refund amount.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation before shipment:

If you wish to cancel your order before it is shipped, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our Customer Service Desk at the earliest opportunity.
  2. Cancellation Process: We will check the status of your order and, if not yet shipped, process the cancellation. You will receive a confirmation once the cancellation is successful.
  3. Refund: If you have already made a payment, a refund will be processed through the original payment method.

Cancellation post shipment:

If you decide to cancel your order after it has been shipped, follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Service: Reach out to our Customer Service Desk immediately.
  2. Return Process: Once you receive the order, initiate the return process as described in our Returns & Replacements policy.
  3. Refund: Upon receiving the returned items, we will process a refund, excluding shipping charges.
